Einstein's Theory of Relativity describes the aspect of our reality in which as we approach the speed of light, time slows down. As we develop and do our spiritual practices, we find that as we focus upon the moment and slow down, we get more done. We open our hearts to life and love and embrace living with joy and delight and yet by being centered we are able to be one with everything without being possessed by it. This enables us to truly embody Nash's Nobel Prize winning truth of being centered in compassion for ourselves and all life and thus acting for highest good. In this we are able to see past the superficial and live in the eternal.
